Marina, Office Manager

Marina has been managing in our office since 1998. Her role is to oversee the function and efficiency of our office. She will be assisting you with all your scheduling and dental needs. Marina takes pride in what she does and will make your visit to our office as comfortable as possible.

Marina is specially trained in the latest techniques of functional orthodontics. She is extremely well qualified in the area of orthodontics and jaw joint (TMJ) problems having attended courses by Rondeau Seminars, the International Association of Orthodontics and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.

Marina is friendly, caring and knowledgeable professional who takes pride in being able to create beautiful healthy smiles for our orthodontic patients.

Lilianna is a business-driven executive with extensive experience and a strong track record in envisioning, planning and executing business strategies for complex, fast-growing and diverse businesses. She brings a creative, personable, right-brain dynamic and sensitivity to an analytical, objective, left-brain position. She formulated and implemented a strategic vision for policy development, communication strategy, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

Lilianna possess strong management skills with an eye for detail to help her to demonstrate the ability to exercise sound policy judgment. Lilianna Instituted performance management strategies and improved operations and performance. Lilianna’s mantra for achieving success is to develop a culture that’s flexible, nimble, and open to change. She believes in finding the right approach and replicating it over and over again. Lilianna treats everyone with uncompromising personal attention. She believes in full disclosure and the importance of exceeding not simply meeting expectations.
